Sub-processors

These are the service providers that may process Customer Personal Data on our behalf when you use SmartPOS AI. We inform customers at least 30 days before we add or replace a sub-processor, as described in the Data Processing Agreement.

Services you choose to connect
Payment providers, accounting software, online shops, delivery platforms, SMS providers (for example Twilio), fiscal services (for example fiskaly) and other services that you connect to your account are not our sub-processors. You choose them and use them under your own contract with the provider.
Providers for our own business
For our own billing and outreach we also use Stripe (subscription payments) and Mailgun (outreach emails to businesses). They do not process Customer Personal Data. See the Privacy Policy.
