1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, store information in your browser in the same way. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of them.
2. How we use cookies
- Essential cookies are needed for the website and our apps to work, for example to remember your cookie choice and language, keep you signed in and protect payments. They are always on.
- Analytics cookies help us understand how the website is used. We use them only if you allow them.
- Marketing cookies remember which partner referred you, so that the partner can be credited. We use them only if you allow them.
We do not use advertising cookies, Google Analytics or social media trackers. Our fonts are served from our own server, so opening a page does not send your IP address to a font provider. Until you make a choice, only essential cookies are used.

Our apps (the Backoffice, the point of sale and the partner portal) also store data in your browser, including local storage and IndexedDB, so that they can work offline and keep your settings. This storage is essential for the apps to work.
4. Your choices
On your first visit, the cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, reject all optional cookies or choose. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie icon in the bottom corner of every page or with the button below. If you withdraw consent, we stop analytics and referral tracking and delete those cookies from your browser.
You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop the website or the apps from working.
5. Emails
Some of our emails contain a small image and tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. We use this to improve our emails and to stop sending emails that nobody reads. You can prevent it by not loading images in your email program, and you can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
